A brand activation in Orange County has to earn a stop from people who have seen plenty of pop-ups. A press making something in front of them does that, and the piece they walk away with carries your logo for a lot longer than the event.
We build the station around your concept: your art, your garments, your colors and a guest flow that fits the space, from a Costa Mesa pop-up to a beach day in Huntington. Add a hat bar or DTF personalization when you want guests building their own piece.
What live t-shirt printing adds to an Orange County activation
- Built-in content. The press is the thing everyone films.
- Participation. Guests choose and build, they don't just take a handout.
- A keepsake with reach. Your brand gets worn long after the event.
- On-brand. Designs, blanks and colors tuned to the campaign.

Brand activations across Orange County
The Irvine Spectrum suits a retail pop-up or a product launch that needs foot traffic. A brewery or a rooftop in Costa Mesa or Santa Ana sets up an after-hours brand night, and the sand in Huntington Beach is made for a summer activation where guests leave wearing the day. Sponsor nights around the Honda Center need a fast, compact station that serves fans and sends them back to their seats.
Live DTF swaps full-color designs in seconds for multi-sponsor campaigns, and a live hat bar fills a camera roll. With no travel fee anywhere in Orange County and gear staged in Fullerton, a campaign date that moves is usually workable. Heading to the coast? See how we set up in Huntington Beach.
Fitting a live printing booth into an Orange County pop-up
Plan on a 10×10 footprint and two 120V/20A circuits for each station. A Spectrum storefront or a South Coast Plaza event space usually has outlets on the wall, but check they aren't on the same breaker as the lighting rig. Out on the sand in Huntington there's no wall at all, so the city's event permit and the generator plan need to cover us before the date is locked. A Costa Mesa brewery patio is often the easiest room in the county: roll-up door, flat concrete, power by the bar.
Each shirt takes about two minutes, and a two-press station clears 100+ an hour, so a two-hour launch gets roughly 200 pieces out the door. If the guest list is bigger than that, add a live embroidery or promo station next to the press so the line splits. We load out of Fullerton the morning of, which is why a date that moves a week doesn't throw us. July and August afternoons in Irvine get hot on a patio, so ask for shade over the press table.
