Live screen printing is a real press, real ink and a squeegee on your floor in Orange County, with guests watching each pull. It's live t-shirt printing done the original way, and we reach for it when one strong design goes on a lot of shirts: a convention booth, a fairgrounds crowd, a school spirit night.
The station comes out of our Fullerton shop with presses, flash dryers, ink, blanks in XS–4XL, tables and a trained crew. Our standard build runs two presses and two printers and clears 100+ shirts an hour at full speed, so a long line keeps moving.
Why screen printing for a live Orange County event
- Opaque, rich ink. One- to three-color art looks its best pulled on a press.
- Fast at volume. Up to 60 shirts an hour per press when everyone gets the same design.
- Durable. Cured on site with the flash dryer, ready to wear out the door.
- Pairs well. Run it beside a DTF station when some guests want full color or a name.
A screen-print station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits for the flash dryers. Outdoors, that means a generator or a confirmed breaker.
Live screen printing across Orange County
It's one station among equals in our lineup, and the right one when the art is bold and the crowd is big. Think a concourse crowd at the Honda Center, a high-traffic booth at the Anaheim Convention Center, or a summer gate at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, where one design and two presses carry the line. For a spirit night or a PTA fundraiser in Fullerton or Santa Ana, a one- or two-color logo on the press is quick and keeps the cost per shirt down.
The heavy gear never leaves the county until your event day, so there's no travel fee anywhere in OC and a date that sneaks up is often still doable. If the art has photographic detail or a lot of colors, we'll suggest pairing the press with DTF, and a live hat bar covers headwear.
