On the floor

Our stations at work

Real Merch Troop setups: the presses, the crew and the merch coming off them. It's the same kit that leaves our Fullerton shop for an Orange County date.

Draped tables lined with caps and tote bags beside floor-to-ceiling windows at an event space — Caps and totes laid out before doors

A freshly printed shirt being lifted off the press platen with the inked screen raised above it — Lifted off the platen, still warm

Guests gathered around a table choosing from a colorful spread of iron-on patches at a live customization bar — Choosing patches at the hat bar

Folded custom-printed sweatshirts in neon yellow and heather grey beside a matching printed corduroy cap — Sweatshirts and a matching cap

A multi-color screen-printing press set up under event truss with a finished printed tee on display — A press set up under truss

A printer lowering an inked screen onto a black shirt at the press under red stage lighting — Lowering the screen for the next pull
