At a wedding or a private party, a live station works as a favor and an activity at once. Guests wander over between courses, pick a shirt, a tote or a cap, and watch it get made with your names, your date or your art on it.
We keep it tidy: one clean station, your design, and a printer making each guest's piece while they wait about two minutes. It suits receptions, showers, birthdays, graduations and reunions, and it pairs well with live embroidery or a hat bar.
Live t-shirt printing favors OC guests actually wear
- A favor they keep. A custom shirt gets worn. A trinket gets left on the table.
- Something to do. Guests gather and watch between courses.
- Personal. Your names, the date or your own art on every piece.
- Flexible. Shirts, totes or caps to match the party.

Weddings & parties across Orange County
Private events are where being local helps most. A Newport Beach reception, a backyard graduation party in Fullerton, a sweet sixteen in Santa Ana or a milestone birthday at a Costa Mesa venue: we set up a compact station and print while guests mingle. It scales down for an intimate guest list and up for a big family reunion.
For a dressier feel, live embroidery stitches monograms onto beanies or totes. A live hat bar keeps a party crowd busy building caps. There's no travel fee anywhere in Orange County, and a party that comes together late is often still doable. Hosting on the sand? See how we set up in Huntington Beach.
Space and power for a live printing station at an Orange County wedding
Give us a 10×10 ft spot and two 120V/20A circuits that the DJ and the caterer aren't also pulling from. Harbor and hotel venues in Newport and Irvine usually run power through their own AV team, so it goes on the banquet order like any other vendor. Backyards are the ones to check. A lot of OC houses put the garage and the patio on one breaker, so text us a photo of the panel and we'll tell you whether to plan a second circuit or a quiet generator. Beach parties in Huntington or Newport need the city permit and a generator, since there's no outlet on the sand. In fall, Santa Ana winds can push a canopy around, and we bring weights for that. The shop is in Fullerton, so we load the van the morning of and still get there well before guests do. At about 2 minutes a shirt and 100+ an hour on a two-press live DTF station, 150 guests take around 90 minutes.
