In an Irvine or Newport Beach hotel ballroom they go through in-house AV on the banquet event order. Patio and courtyard events in Irvine run hot from June through September, so ask for shade or let us bring a canopy. Since we're driving down from Fullerton, we load in early and stay ahead of the 5 and the 405 at rush hour.
