Live stations
Live printing services in Orange County
Five stations, all run live by one Fullerton crew. A convention booth in Anaheim usually wants a full press line; a brewery corner in Costa Mesa or a ballroom in Newport is better served by one compact station. The truck is loaded at the shop the same morning, so setup runs on your schedule.
Most OC events run one station. A press station takes about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits (a hat bar or embroidery station gets by on one standard circuit), and for an outdoor setup on a beach-city lawn that means a generator or a confirmed breaker. Each press runs up to 60 shirts an hour and a two-press live screen printing station clears 100+, so each guest waits about two minutes. Most Orange County events land between $5K and $15K all-in, with no travel line because the shop is in Fullerton. Two to four weeks out is comfortable, and inside two weeks is often still doable. Bigger events run two stations side by side: a press for volume and a second station for names, caps or stitched pieces. Tell us the room and the guest count, and we'll say which pair earns its floor space.
