An Orange County live printing quote is built from four lines: crew, press time, garments, and setup and teardown. Travel would be the fifth, but our shop is in Fullerton, so inside the county it's zero. Most events land between $5K and $15K all-in.
What your quote includes
| Included | What it means |
|---|---|
| Crew | Trained printers plus someone running the line, so an Orange County queue keeps moving. |
| Equipment | Presses, flash dryers, ink and tables, trucked from Fullerton and built on site. Everything except the room. |
| Garments | Blanks in a full XS–4XL run, sized to your headcount so nobody in the queue gets turned away. |
| Setup & teardown | Load-in, station setup, and breakdown around your run-of-show. |
| Every print | The custom printing itself. No per-shirt surprise at the end. |
What moves the number
- Headcount. More guests means more press time and blanks, and past a point a second press and printer.
- Hours on site. A two-hour reception and a full show day are different quotes.
- Garments. A basic tee, a retail-fit tee and a hoodie carry very different blank costs.
- Stations. A hat bar or embroidery beside the press adds crew and gear.
- Travel. None inside Orange County. Out-of-county dates are quoted as their own line.
Quotes come back itemized within 24 hours, often the same day, so you can see what each line does and move it.
If a number needs to come down, garments and run hours move it the most. A shorter window or a simpler blank changes the total far more than trimming the guest list. Send your date and headcount and we'll price the room you actually have, whether that's an Irvine office park or a backyard in Fullerton.
