Irvine's events mostly happen at work and at school: company offsites and kickoffs in office parks, university events, and retail pop-ups at the Irvine Spectrum. These are planned crowds with a set agenda, so the station fits around registration, breaks and receptions.
A team offsite of 50 people needs one compact station. A campus-wide activation with a steady stream of students needs two presses and a crew running the line.
Stations that fit Irvine
- DTF for names, departments and full-color company art on every shirt.
- Hat bar in a corner of an office lobby or a Spectrum storefront.
- Screen press when a university event needs one design on a lot of tees.
- Promo goods like drinkware for an appreciation day at the office.
Office buildings and campuses often want a vendor certificate of insurance and a set load-in time, so ask facilities early. Events nearby? We also cover Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Santa Ana and the rest of Orange County.
Plan on about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits per station. We drive down from Fullerton, and there's no travel fee.
