Guests pick a cap (trucker or dad-hat style, whichever blanks you choose), choose a patch and watch our crew press it on. Do you customize felt cowboy hats?
No. The OC hat bar is caps and patches only, with no felt and no brim shaping. If your party is going for cowboy hats, a felt-hat studio covers that part, and we can run the caps.
Is there a travel fee in Orange County?
No. Our shop is in Fullerton, so anywhere in OC, from a Huntington Beach brand day to an Irvine appreciation night, is a local job with no travel fee.
How early should we order custom patches?
Earlier than shirt art, since custom patches take extra lead time to make. Send the patch art with your first message and we'll plan the dates around it.
