Two to four weeks is comfortable for most Orange County dates, and inside two weeks is often still doable. The presses and blanks are staged at our Fullerton shop, so a late booking depends on whether a crew is free and the blanks are in stock, not on freight. If your date is close, ask anyway.
The part with a fixed deadline is the art. We want it final about a week out so screens, transfers and patches can be made and a test print run. A logo that's still changing the Monday before a Saturday event causes more trouble than a late booking does.
A rough timeline
- Four weeks or more. Worth it for a big convention week in Anaheim, a campus date that needs vendor paperwork, or anything with custom patches for a hat bar.
- Two to four weeks. The normal window. Send the date, venue and headcount, and we hold the crew and order blanks.
- Under two weeks. Often fine for an OC event. We'll tell you straight away whether the crew and the sizes you need are available.
- Same week. Sometimes possible because nothing has to ship. Call instead of emailing.
Busy stretches fill our calendar first: the holiday party run in December, summer fair season in Costa Mesa, graduation weeks, and any week the Anaheim Convention Center has a big show on. If your date lands in one of those, book early. Send the date and we'll confirm availability and quote within 24 hours.
