What drives the price in Orange County
- Headcount and volume. More guests means more press time and more blanks, and past a point a second press and printer.
- Hours. A two-hour reception in Newport and a full show day in Anaheim are different budgets even with the same guest list.
- Garments. A basic tee, a heavier retail-fit tee and a hoodie are three different blank costs. This is the easiest place to save.
- Stations. Adding a second station, often a hat bar, gives guests a choice and adds crew and gear to the quote.
If a number needs to come down, shorten the window or pick a simpler blank before you cut guests. Those two change the total the most.
