About 10×10 ft of floor per station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a way to roll road cases in. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew. In Orange County the hard part is rarely the room. It's power when the event is outdoors.
What your Orange County venue provides
- Floor space. Roughly 10×10 ft per station, plus room for a line that doesn't block a door, a bar or an exhibit aisle.
- Power. Two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. In a convention hall that usually means ordering electrical through the venue ahead of time. In a hotel ballroom, confirm the circuits aren't shared with catering.
- Load-in. A dock, a ramp or a freight elevator. Tell us the load-in window and we'll leave Fullerton to meet it.
- Outdoors: shade and a plan for power. On the sand in Huntington Beach, on a fairgrounds lot in Costa Mesa or in a backyard, we plan a generator or confirm the breaker, and a tent keeps ink and crew out of the sun.
A level floor helps and a table near the station for sizes helps more. That's about it.
