Most Orange County live printing events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Where yours falls depends on a few things you control, and one thing you don't have to worry about here: travel. Our shop is in Fullerton, so an OC quote has no travel line.
What drives the price
- Guest count and volume. The biggest factor. More shirts means more press time, more blanks, and sometimes a second press.
- Hours on site. A two-hour reception in Newport and a full expo day in Anaheim are very different quotes.
- Garments and goods. A basic tee, a heavier hoodie, a cap for the hat bar or a tote each carry a different blank cost.
- Method. Screen printing is efficient at volume, DTF handles full color and short runs, and embroidery is the premium finish.
- Stations. Adding a hat bar or promo goods beside the press adds crew and gear.
What is always included
Crew, presses, garments, setup and teardown, and every print, on one itemized quote sent within 24 hours. No per-piece surprises after the event.
How to keep it efficient
On a tight budget, one screen-print station with a single design gives the most shirts per dollar, and it suits a school spirit night or a big company picnic. If the goal is a premium moment for fewer guests, a hat bar or an embroidery station reads as more valuable per piece. See our cost answer and pricing, then send your event details.
Planning notes
Where an OC budget usually goes
With no travel on the quote, an Orange County budget goes almost entirely to the event itself: the crew's hours, the blanks and the press time. That's why the garment choice matters so much here. It's often the biggest line you can move.
If a number needs to come down, shorten the window or pick a simpler blank before cutting guests.
