Most custom t-shirt orders in Orange County get printed somewhere else and show up in boxes a week later. Ours get printed in the room. You bring the design, we bring a press and blanks in every size, and each guest picks a size and watches their shirt come off the platen after about a two-minute wait.
Custom t-shirt printing, made live in Orange County
That works for a corporate day in an Irvine office park, a PTA night in Fullerton or a brand day in Huntington Beach. Nobody has to guess a size run in advance, and there's no leftover box of XLs in a storage closet afterward.
What we can print
- Custom tees. Soft tees in XS–4XL, printed to order by size and design.
- Hoodies and crewnecks. For evening events on the coast when the marine layer comes in.
- Caps. Built by the guest at the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods. Promo items for guests who'd skip a shirt.
Screen printing or DTF for custom shirts?
If everyone gets the same one- to three-color design, live screen printing is fastest and keeps the cost per shirt down. If the art is full color, a photo, or has names on the back, live DTF printing handles it with no color limit. Send the design and we'll tell you which.
Why print it live: no shipping window, no size guessing, and a shirt people keep because they watched it get made.

Planning notes
What we ask before a tee station goes in
Three things decide how a custom tee station runs: how many people walk past in an hour, where the line can stand without blocking a door, and where the two circuits for the flash dryers are. In an Irvine lobby that's a quick call with facilities. On a fairgrounds lot in Costa Mesa it means a generator and a tent.
The press, dryers, blanks and tables all leave our Fullerton shop the morning of the event. A standard station takes about 10×10 ft, and two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour with a simple design menu.
